CREDIT AND SUPPLY

This type of bonds, often defined as credit bonds although it does not hold warranty for a comercial transaction usually for payment of a service or raw material (i.e. energy supply payment, polimer pellet supply, etc.) and not a pure financial obligation.

Traditionaly this type of bonds are granted to goverment runned suppliers, however, Surety companies are open if the credit record and performance of your Company is health to write business for private contracts as well.

Some examples of credit supply contracts are:

  • Purchase and/or Sale of godos and services
  • Financial Lease
  • Credit of Financial Institutions for Exports and Imports
  • Acquisition of Real Estate
  • Support to Small and Middle Market Companies
  • Energy, Gas or Oil Supply Contracts
